The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of the city. the staff were very knowledgeable about local activities and helped us plan our weekend adventure. the rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning that kept us cool all night long. Plus, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast each morning!
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle as we had to pay 100% of the fees even though we had paid 25% before check-in. the customer service helpline was often busy and our calls were diverted to different departments.
